Salesforce reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $11.3 billion, up 11% year over year, for the quarter ended July 31, 2026.
Salesforce reported current remaining performance obligation of $33.5 billion, up 14% year over year and in constant currency, and total remaining performance obligation of $66.3 billion, up 11% year over year.
Salesforce said Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue reached nearly $3.9 billion, up more than 210% year over year; it also said Agentforce ARR exceeded $1.5 billion, up more than 240% year over year.
Salesforce forecast fiscal-2027 revenue of $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion and said its $200 million guidance increase reflected $100 million of organic growth, $200 million from the pending Contentful and Fin acquisitions, and a $100 million foreign-exchange headwind.
Salesforce said it expects the Contentful and Fin transactions to close independently during the third quarter of fiscal 2027 and that its updated guidance is conditional on the closings, with the exception of cRPO.
The disclosed composition means that the full-year revenue outlook combines organic growth, expected acquisition contribution, and foreign-exchange effects; it is not a single measure of underlying product demand.
