Marvell disclosed second-quarter fiscal 2027 net revenue of $2.7393 billion for the quarter ended August 1, 2026, compared with $2.0061 billion a year earlier.

Marvell disclosed $2.1715 billion in data-center revenue, or 79% of total revenue, compared with $1.4905 billion and 74% a year earlier.

Marvell stated that its data-center revenue growth was driven by AI-related demand across electro-optics, custom, storage and switching products.

The reported mix indicates that Marvell’s current revenue expansion is predominantly tied to data-center infrastructure, extending the AI capital cycle beyond accelerator sales to connectivity, storage and custom silicon.

Marvell forecast third-quarter fiscal 2027 net revenue of $3.150 billion plus or minus 5% for the quarter ending October 31, 2026.

Marvell’s 10-Q says delays or reductions in AI infrastructure deployments, including from supply constraints, power and water procurement, permitting, community opposition or lower capital expenditure, could reduce demand for its products.
